• Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member — including self-exclusion applications for responsible gaming reasons.

If your account is closed at your own request and a valid fund balance remains, jiya9 will process the withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to successful identity verification.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, jiya9 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the breaching activity while an investigation is ongoing. The final decision will be communicated to the relevant member via their registered email.
